We are delighted to confirm that the PSE Expo will be returning to the Warwickshire Event Centre on Thursday 20th November 2025. This is the UK's largest event focused purely on the portable sanitation industry. It is organised by the Portable Sanitation Europe (PSE) trade association. This event is an absolute must for any business or individual who either hires or supplies toilets or staff welfare units for either events, construction sites or camping sites in the UK.
You will see the latest toilets and welfare units on the market today and be able to see the very latest hire software technology supporting this huge industry and the vehicles and chemicals and other products used within the industry. You may just want to come along and chat with the experts in their field on anything sanitation.
The PSE Expo will have nearly 40 leading industry exhibitors on site for the day so why not come along have a coffee and a butty and chat to the various exhibitors who will be on site from 10am. There will also be leading experts presenting seminars during the day which are free to attend.

Networking EventThere is an opportunity for PSE members to meet before the Expo at the networking event.
This will be taking place at our new venue, Walton Hall Hotel & Spa, CV35 9HG on Wednesday 19th November from 7pm. Please note this is a new venue for 2025 and also a change from the previously advertised venue of the Delta Warwick Hotel. Expo Exhibitors – please see your booking form for full details. For all other PSE members who are not exhibiting at the Expo there are two complimentary places available to your company. Any other tickets must be purchased at a subsidised rate of £25.00 per head. Hotel Accommodation
We had previously reserved the Delta Warwick Hotel for our 2025 Expo. Sadly, in late 2024 the Government allocated the Delta Warwick Hotel for use as accommodation for asylum seekers for 2025.
If you previously booked your room at the Delta Warwick Hotel this booking has been cancelled for you as part of the group booking arrangements. If you booked independently (not using the previous link on this website) – please ensure you make arrangements to cancel your original reservation direct. Moving forward, we have now secured an alternative venue which will host both the networking event and also accommodation. This venue also offers a leisure complex with spa facilities also. The new venue Address Walton Hall Hotel & Spa Walton Wellesbourne CV35 9HG This venue is 10 miles from the Warwickshire Event Centre but a straight run along the Fosse Way so will be shorter travel time.
We have made a group reservation of 60 bedrooms. These are £99.00 B&B for single occupancy (inc VAT) and £109.00 B&B for double occupancy (inc VAT). There is an upgrade surcharge of £30.00 per room subject to availability. Our allocation will be released on 8th October 2025 and after this time, if there are rooms available, they will be at the rate offered by the hotel which will be different. |

All car parking is free at the venue. The Visitor Entrance is off the A425 Southam Road. Please follow the signs directing you to the VISITOR ENTRANCE. Please use postcode CV31 1FE The Exhibitor Entrance is off the B4455 the Fosse Way. Please follow the signs directing you to the FOSSE WAY ENTRANCE. Please use postcode CV31 1XN There is no entry for visitors at the Fosse Way entrance, all visitors must enter the site from the Southam Road entrance off the A425. |
